Ordering & Delivery

1. Is it secure to make payments on your site?

Yes. Your order goes through our secure server which encrypts information to ensure that your transactions are private and protected.

2. What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payments through Paypal. When you pay by credit card, currency is converted automatically.

3. Can I apply for credit terms?

A customer may apply for terms after they have placed three orders within the past 12 months and have been established for one year. A credit application and credit references are required.

4. How will I know if you have received my order?

If you order via the website you will automatically be sent a message a few minutes later letting you know that your order has been received.

5. Can I pay by check?

Yes. We have a number of customers who place an order online and pay by check. Checks are made payable to Wild Anasazi Tea. We process your order once we have received your check. For funds that are not US dollars simply write "U.S. Funds" by the dollar amount, and the bank will convert to the current exchange rate.

6. Can I order by phone or fax?

We prefer not to receive orders by phone or fax. If you wish to fax your order, please let us know and we will provide you with our fax number. You will find our email and phone number on the Contact Us page.

7. What is your delivery time?

Your order will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days. If, for some reason, we are unable to deliver the goods to you within this time we shall contact you and arrange another time for delivery. If another delivery time cannot be agreed upon then we will offer you a full refund. Custom orders may take longer--we will notify you for your approval if this is the case.

8. Can I have my order delivered to a different address e.g., work, a friend?

Yes, just write the name and address including post or zip code in the ‘special instructions’ box at the store checkout, and we will do the rest. Alternatively, feel free to contact us by email or phone with the name and address details.

9. Can I cancel an order?

Yes--unless your order is customized and 24 hours have passed. Otherwise, if you change your mind then simply contact us by email. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. Please return any such items to the address provided on our Contact Us page.

Complaints:

If you feel that items in your order are unsatisfactory, that we have made a mistake, or have any other complaint please Contact Us. We will endeavor to solve the problem as quickly as possible. Complaints will be responded to within 72 hours.
